Will spring ever come? The groundhog went back to its den and we would love to do the same. We have had our usual teasing of spring to come. Those great warm days where all is right with the world and you want to run out and plant something! Then, bam, the next day it is cold and the wind is blowing 30 miles an hour. We had plans to have a kiln fired last week and because of the winds put it off. We found one window of opportunity on Sunday- Monday and took it.

We loaded the kiln on Sunday and fired yesterday. And the weather today? It is calling for 30 mile an hour winds and cold! A teasing of spring! WE would love to pull the covers up and stay in bed until next week, but work calls. It is off to the studio to throw some clay around and see what comes out.

Maybe tiles............ Then I don't have to figure out how to stay warm with my hands in water all day!

Come see us it will be warm and beautiful soon! Even if it is not a drive in the country always does wonders for the soul.

Oh, the daffodils are out!
